Offers medical services through clinics, private providers and public
agencies. Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of handicap conditions in
children: 0-21 years old. Development evaluations up to age 3. Congenital
heart disease, cleft lip palette, cystic fibrosis, genetics, hearing
problems, and neurological problems. Income and medical
